Come celebrate the holidays by sneaking away to a Saturday matinee to see "Four Christmases". The synopsis can be summed up as: "When upscale, happily unmarried San Francisco couple Kate and Brad find themselves socked in by fog on Christmas morning, their exotic vacation plans morph into the family-centric holiday they had, until now, gleefully avoided." Rating - PG-13 (booo!), Running Time - 85 minutes (yay!).
The Studio Movie Grill features chairs that swivel and the ability to have a meal with beer, wine, and mixed drinks while you enjoy the movie (see website for menu). The Royal Lane/75 location is central enough to get in some holiday shopping in the morning and still have the evening open. I am shooting for a 1:25pm showtime but will re-confirm a couple of days before in case the listing changes - so make sure to check back for the final showtime.
